XBox Privacy settings issues on my account

Hi,

I've just created my Xbox Live account and it seems I have some weird issues, I can't add any friends or change my Xbox 360 settings:


I've set everything to allow and it still doesn't work:


All I get is this error that my privacy settings are not set correctly when I try to add someone:



I've tried restarting my router and PC multiple times but it still doesn't work. I've also tried doing the same things on the same PC with an account of my friend and everything works fine via his account. What's wrong with my account? how do I fix this?

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You are allowed change the online safety and privacy settings for any profile on your console.

Steps to follow:

• First, you have to go to the My Account page
• You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
• Go to Settings and Preferences and select Privacy and Online Settings.
• Now change the settings.

How to change your child’s safety and privacy settings

Steps to follow:

• First, you have to go to the My Account page
• You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
• Proceed to Settings and Privacy and press Child.
  
  Note: You’ll be asked for the parental Microsoft account in order to make changes to the child account’s safety settings.
  
• Now change the settings.

It's possible that your account might be on "Lock Down." Here is a link about changing online safety and privacy settings through the Xbox One:

that's because your parent has to edit it from there profile

 

They can't edit it from heir profile, it shows a minus sign when they try to click on my account.

 

you cant edit the xbox 360 parental settings from a Web page or the xbox one it has to be dine from the xbox 360

 

Ok and what about the other settings? I would like to play Minecraft: Pocket Edition on my iPhone, everything is set to allow, but still can't do anything.

I also don't have a console. I made this account just for Minecraft on my iPhone.
