Compartilho meu console com meu filho e cada um possui uma conta, por vezes compartilhei minha conta com amigos para jogarmos os mesmos jogos. Por falta de conhecimento meu filho utilizou as 2 chances que eu ainda possuía para definir minha conta como Principal
no console do amigo alguns meses atrás sem o meu consentimento. Hoje que precisava compartilhar a minha conta com um conhecido da família e não consigo.. Gostaria de saber se tem uma chance de ser aberta uma exceção, e ser concedido mais uma oportunidade
de troca.

Sei que são renovados a cada ano, por isso podem descontar a quantidade do próximo ano se for o caso.

If you have already used up the 5 switches you might still be eligible for an extra switch. Go ahead and follow the steps below to see if you are able to switch a final time.

Note Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

If you are unable to get this last switch then you will have to wait until the switches have reset.

1) Oh, maybe that's the problem.

2) It's the same Xbox and I checked the two accounts and both says Xbox Home (Xbox Principal).

Has usado tu cuenta en otra consola?
