Discus and support Xbox Preview in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I installed the Xbox preview dashboard app on my Xbox a few weeks ago but have not received a following message or update to my console.     Xbox Preview


    so I installed the Xbox preview dashboard app on my Xbox a few weeks ago but have not received a following message or update to my console. I was told it would take 48 hours but it may be going on like 20 or so days now. i have no access to the preview forum
    so any help??

    Xbox Preview

    It's my understanding , you have to be invited to the preview program by some by someone who is already in it and I'm not sure if Xbox is letting anymore in for now

    yes i did. it says Thanks for joining! you'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info.

    the only option i have from that screen is exit.

    If you've been invited into the program and accepted the terms, as well as enrolled your console. All you can do at this point is wait as the preview updates roll out in waves. You can learn more about the process

    Preview program

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    Help: Preview Program Brightness Problem

    As a side note, if you cannot access the preview forums be aware that you must enrol your xbox into the latest preview even if you were previously enrolled into the earlier previews, if you launch the Xbox Preview dashboard app, select the registration option
    and enrol for the latest xbox experience preview then once the Xbox is enrolled you should be able to access the preview forums.

    Preview program

    The 360 preview is not the same as the xbox one preview.

    You can not be invited by someone already in the preview program on the 360.

    Support have given you the wrong information or just got confused with the xbox one preview.

    Either way,you will not get in the 360 preview program.
