Xbox Preview Registration - EnrollChangePending

Im in the preview program and when the opt in for the new xbox one experience opened up I went to the preview dashboard and selected "registration" and followed the instructions to switch to "Yes I want to try the new xbox one experience" or whatever the
exact text was. Since I did that, the registration status simple says "EnrollChangePending" and has been that way for over a week.

Has the app freaked on me or is this the normal message to see until I receive the new xbox experience in an update???

We have no estimated timeframe on when it will be made available for anyone, as it will be rolled out in waves. Please take your time to review the FAQ section for any questions you may have.

Q: I’ve opted in to the New. Xbox One Experience Preview, when will I get the new update?

A: This update will roll out in waves, starting with a small number of users who have strong participation in the program, and expanding to larger numbers of users over time. Until then, your console registration will show as EnrollChangePending. This is
normal, and will change once you’ve been selected for the New Xbox One Experience Preview update

 

I also noticed I cant see the xbox one preview forums even though Ive been in the program for quite a while

 

Hi Cervach,

so firstly, there is no timescale for getting into the NXOE. You could get in tomorrow or it could be weeks. They are only taking a small number of users in each wave until its more stable. It will stay as enrol pending right up to the point you get the
'its time to update' message!

Secondly, the main support team who monitor the forums can sort your preview forum access out. Once they spot this thread and verify you are a member they will manually grant you access. They will post here when its done so keep an eye on this thread!
