    XBOX Preview Program Problems


    So, I had never seemed to be selected as a member, my friend claimed he sent me an invite but I never got chosen I guess... However about 2 weeks ago it installed the app and said that I was chosen to become an XBOX PPM, so obviously I did whatever steps
    I needed to do, now it says "THANKS FOR JOINING! INFO: We will send a service message to your xbox one soon with more info." Oh okay, so I waited until obviously now, where I'm still waiting. How long does it take get this service message or did it screw up
    and not send me one, I saw someone post awhile back about this on the Xbox Reddit, where he seemed to have signed up 7 months back (at the time of post) and still hadn't recieved a Service msg. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    ok well apparently it may take longer than you thought to be accepted. they routinely accept new people into the program and it could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to a month or two. it just depends if they need more people.

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
