    Xbox Preview program problem


    I purchased a used xbox one from my cousin and have been having it for a little over a year. I was invited to the xbox preview program. I then received a message from xbox allowing me to download the app. When I downloaded it I received this message "sorry,
    this console has already been registered to a different account". I then chatted to an xbox live person for help and was told to come here and list my cousin's Gamertag to they can remove him from the program and allow me to join in. HIs gamertag is Arrow

    Xbox Preview program problem

    Hey ItsTap,

    this is something the preview team need to sort for you. Ideally your cousin should have un-enrolled from the preview before selling the xbox to you! In order to get it sorted out the forum support team will need to grant you access to the preview area of
    the forums.

    They will post here when they have done that so keep an eye on this thread! Once you have access you need to head to the Registration Support forum and post a new thread there so the preview team can help you.

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.
