Xbox preview Program App issue.

Ok so I was chatting with microsoft support and he sent me here for my issue to be addressed.

The issue: I am already in the preview program but cannot access the app on the xbox one.(Which i already have downloaded) So therefor its not letting me download the xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

The agent i was speaking with verified that my account showed that i am in the preview program.

I have already took a look through all of those prior to contacting support. Nothing there fixes my problem.

 

I am having a problem with launching the preview app. I have it installed however when I clicked on launch I get the message that my console has already been registered to a different account. My account is the only one on my x box 1 . I did buy my box as
refurbished so I don't know if that is the reason. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.
