Xbox preview probably

Hi Xbox support.

Basically my Xbox preview program is completely broken and is now restricting me from doing anything on my Xbox. I would like it if you would be able to get rid of the preview program completely from my account as I no longer want to be apart of it please.
I have had to many problems with it and I no longer request to use it.

Also another problem that you may or may not be able to fix is my account is now restricted to games over the age of 14 for some reason. I am currently 18 years old. Why is this happening to me? If you could please somehow fix this it would be a massive
help to me, as now i can not download any games for gold, cannot download any games at all, i have to restart my console every time i play a new game. It becomes very annoying.
