Xbox Preview message expired

I have been told I am confirmed as in the preview program, but I must have missed the message on my xbox one. I am in need of some official help here to get my xbox one setup in the program please.

See if you can access the Preview Program Support forums. If so, create a new thread in the Registration Support section. If you get a group not found error, then it means you don't have access. Please post back if that is the case and when one
of the Xbox Support members reviews this thread they should be able to grant you access to the group so you can post in the registration support as I mentioned above.

If you have been accepted into the Preview Program then you should be able to access the Preview Program Support forums. If you get a group not found message then you don't have access and likely haven't been accepted yet. Keep in mind that an
invite does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All you can do is wait and see if you get an acceptance message on Xbox Live.

 

It says group not found when I click that link. However as I was trying to say in my original post, i have been told by xbox customer support that my invite was accepted and that I have access to the preview program. I explained to them that i never got
my link/message on my xbox and i was told to come here for help. Please help.

 

An Xbox Support member should be able to grant you access to the forums I've linked above. Once you have access you can post in the registration support so the preview team can help you out.
