Xbox Preview, I want to leave it. I haven´t received an answer about it

Well, since 6 days, I want to leave that program, but I haven´t received an answer on my post. I want to leave it now. I can´t use my Xbox One S , because Xbox Support told me that I must not to use my profile in my new console, because I have a problem
with my profile and my achivements, I have a bad sincronitation on my console with my profile. Xbox Preview is the reazon of my problems, that is Xbox Support told me . I have seen a lot of problems with Xbox Preview or "Insider". I´m very angry, well nobody
have answered to me and anyplayers. I want to play, but first, I have to leave Xbox Preview. You must resolve it inmediatly, please.

One Preview FAQ page. If you are referring to the Xbox 360 Preview Program, you will need to make post in the Xbox 360 Preview Forum for
