Same issue for me preview forum is not there. The latest update has torched amazon instant video streaming for me. Video would skip frames, audio would be fine. Wasn't my network, an app reinstall did nothing. Had to do factory reset and unsubscribe from
preview to get it to work.

Probably due to the preview dashboard.
