Xbox Preview App

Hi,

A friend invited me to the preview program a few months ago. I've been able to download the preview app and even see some features on my dashboard, such as "Report a problem...". But, when I open the Xbox Preview App, I get a big text "Thanks for joining!"
and a message "You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info.". I've been waiting for this message for several weeks now..

I want to know how long does it take to arrive and if there was some problem with my account. I'm also not able to access the preview forums, whenever I try to access it says "Group Not Found".

Xbox One Snap: Strange symbols

The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

 

i need preview dashboard app

i have preview access BUT i dont have the preview dashboard app on my xbox its not in my account download history

To activate dev mode i need the preview dashboard app because on dev mode its saying this console is part of a preview you cant be in two previews at once you must leave your current preview by the preview doashboard preview app I dont have that app i havent
received the preview app even though i have been waiting for over a year for the app

this sounds like something the preview team will need to look at for you.

The solution is 2 step - first the forum support team will need to sort out your forum access so you can access the preview forums. They will post here when its sorted so keep an eye here for updates.

Secondly, once its sorted click the link to visit the Registration Support forum where you can create a new thread so the preview folks can look into your registration.

Being invited by a friend to the preview doesn't guarantee access I'm afraid. You'll need to keep out on your Xbox Live messages for communication if your are accepted into the Xbox One Update Preview. Please keep in mind that acceptance into the program
has slowed, so it may be quite some time if your are chosen.
