XBOX preview app stuck at this screen

I want to stream console to my android 10 phone.
I downloaded the xbox insider hub on console, became insider.
Console and phone are connected to same network.

Any1 has any idea how I can use the xbox consolestreaming preview?
Microsoft support employee said I should ask on this reddit.

If you're stuck in the green screen, after rebooting from a stuck preview update, try a cold reboot. Press the Xbox logo, so the Xbox switches off, then switch off power supply. Leave it for a few minutes, then start it up. It worked for me, but stayed on
the green screen for about 10 minutes before finally starting proper. Hope that helps.

Your stuck with the update until it releases in april, theres no way to get rid of the update. You can however once this preview is over you acces the preview registration app and unregister for future preview updates.

having the same issue, preview program update froze, when i rebooted, now i'm stuck at the endlessly cycling dots green screen.

^^ I too have this since the most recent Preview update, triggered by Forza 5 it seems.

Before it happens I get stuck on the track loading screen. After this, if I return to the Home screen I can't launch apps or games, and powering off gets this pulsing light.

Holding the power button on the console for 5 seconds ensures it properly powers down.

Doesn't help cure the initial trigger of the problem however....

I'd post in the Preview forum, but don't have access yet.
