    I have a 2x xbox one X Scorpio editions on pre order and now paid for since the 22/08/2017. I just had a chat with online customer support that it wont ship until tomorrow being the day of the release. If that is the case then I wont
    see the Xbox for a numbers of days after this.

    I am just very disappointed that I wont be able to receive it on day one which I thought would. Otherwise i would have made the purchase in a physical store.

    This is listed in the FAQ section of the website.

    It should say ' your product wont ship until the day of launch'..

    Where is the digital pre-order for no mans sky?!

    Why can we not pre-order no mans sky digital edition from xbox''s market place? The only pre-orders available atm are for the DICS versions from various retailers that are NOT microsoft's store.

    If you pre-ordered from a retailer and haven't received a code, you would need to contact the retailer. If you pre-ordered directly from Xbox, you won't need a code.
