Xbox pre order Selected wrong payment

How do i open a ticket with them without having to call?

I tried and all road lead to a phone call. I talked to someone and he did not seem to know much. The only thing that he said he could do is cancel my preorder. But since its sold out there is no way of guaranteeing that the preorder would go through. I
dont see how this is that difficult. Change one payment type to another.

I was lucky enough to obtain an Xbox series X pre order yesterday but in the chaos I selected Paypal as the payment. But I have enough giftcard credit on my account to cover it. . Is there a way to change the payment from Paypal to Microsoft credit
without losing my pre order? I dont see a way to do it.

I dont think so but im sure someone else can correct me if im wrong.
