Xbox powera enchanced controller back buttons dont work pc

Mine works a treat on PC

1. Hold the program button down for 2 seconds. The center LEDs will slowly flash red, signaling the controller is in program mode.
2. Press 1 of the following buttons (A/B/X/Y/LB/RB/LT/RT/Left Stick Press/ ...
3. Select 1 of the 4 Advanced-Gaming buttons. ...
4. Repeat for the remaining Advanced-Gaming buttons.

Hello im doing okay I hope your doing good! but Its a PowerA controller. I tried holding the off button for 10 seconds and unplugged it for 5 minutes and nothing worked. I also tried checking for updates and didnt have any. I tried pulging the controller on the back usb ports and didnt work. I about tried everything I can do and dont know what to do from here. Fortgot to say this is all happening on Xbox One

Hi. The controller I have is "PowerA Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox Series X|S". There is a section for PowerA in verified controllers. It use to work for me just fine for over a year. I am not sure why suddenly it is not working. Any ideas?

Step 2: Reinstall the PowerA Gaming HQ app

If the app was interrupted while scanning, it might have glitched.

Uninstall the app from your PC.

Restart your PC once more.

Then download and reinstall the latest version of the app from PowerA’s official website:

I have a powera controller also and experienced the same issues. U will need to plug it into a PC then go to powera website to update the firmware and calibrate it. Here's the link
