Xbox- Power cable abruptly keeps falling out?

Lately my Xbox One S's power cable (the one from the outlet, not HDMI.) keeps falling out and never stays in. It makes turning it on incredibly difficult. However, today, even when it's in and not falling out, it still won't turn on for more than a second or two before turning off like the cable fell out. I checked with a flashlight and I cannot see any damage to the cable or where it goes into the xbox.

Edit: turns out I just struggle with putting in plugs firmly so they stay in, but not so hard it breaks.

Hello Taywats0n, I had the same problem with mine on the Xbox One S, I got another similar cable from an electronics store and never had that problem again.

I dusted and cleaned the vent holes on all sides and cleaned the hole for the power cable and tried again. Worked fine for 20 minutes and then it abruptly shut off (whenever it shuts off it doesn't make the power down tone either, it just goes dark). While
I was cleaning it, I also made it power cycle and issue is still present. The surface the Xbox rests on is free of anything that could block it from ventilating properly.

Unfortunately it sounds like my possible options are running low.
