Xbox power brick turns orange then turns off when I plug it into the Xbox

I plug the power brick into any outlet first it is orange and then when I plug it into my xbox one it turns off immediately. I received my replacement xbox and that does not work, I am having the same issue. I will now be sending in my power brick.

Try clear cache in your Xbox.

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. ...
3. Plug in the power brick.
4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

Found something interesting during my 3.5 hours on chat last night with MS, the constant orange light on the power brick turned off when I unplugged my cable box from the HDMI in port. without that plugged in, the brick has no light at all. If I leave everything
else plugged in except the hdmi in, there is no light at all and no power, if I plug in the hdmi in, the light turns orange again on the brick.

forgot to mention my power brick shows orange when i plug in the power supply and when i turn on it shows green then xbox shutsdon automatically after 2-8 minutes and the brick goes back to orange again. only shows red when i unplugged the power supply (it
shows red before the light goes off) - as seen on the video i posted

You could try, but I don't believe it's the power brick that's the issue. When the console is turned on, the power brick should be green. When the console is turned off the power brick should display an orange color. If it was flashing orange, red, or no
light then there would be a problem.
