Xbox Please Wipe my Cloud Gaming Data

I'm sorry to say, but at the moment, the only way to delete a cloud save for cloud gaming games that are not Play Anywhere titles, is by doing it directly from an Xbox console.

Not only that, but as you're not able to do this, what you could try when possible, is temporarily add your profile to a friend's console and remove your data from there.

The save cloud is already a save Backup. So unfortunately there really is no process capable of recovering this.

when you go to the save file of the game in question, all there is, is 10mb of reserved space.

the single player campaign save is still there, thats not been wiped however the multiplayer save, like i said was wiped or lost from cloud, from being hours of stats, kills etc to all zeros.

i am the only person on this console, the save file hasnt even been looked at until now, after the stats were gone.

Could there be a chance of data corruption regarding the multiplayer autosaves onto cloud?

would the cloud automatically wipe any corrupted data like saves for example?

i know on another game, if you saved over a save again and again, it woukd eventuslly corrupt it, could this be happening with an autosave onto cloud?

it is an old 360 game and has aparantly a lot of trouble with data being wiped.

There is no way of accessing on-line cloud save data and don't think this data just got wiped either.

The cloud sync is just a copy of the game saves that are stored on the console. If you download the game on another console, this is synced to the console also. It sounds to me that you (or someone else) has accidently deleted this data on the console, so
the console deleted it from the cloud.

I would suggest you investigate this a bit further...

Last week my console was the same, I had to do a wipe on games that are stopped on the hd, cleaned the capture part videos / prints, wiped the cache and logged out again, just working, try to do on your console maybe Right, remembering that saves and data
are saved to the cloud profile, so game progress won't miss, good luck!
