Xbox please let us download our save data off of the cloud manually

Yes-on the Xbox One when you're connected to Xbox Live and signed into your profile, it automatically saves all your game save data into the cloud. You do not have to manually backup any data. When the time comes for you to re-download the game, once you
launch it, it will start to re-sync all your save data to where you left off. You're all good

Would you happen to be using an external hard drive? There is a chance that the saved data is not appearing due to the
hard drive not being detected.
