    Go into the settings, Console Settings, there should be an automatic start option. Disable it, if this does not work, write again Xbox plays disc automatically :)

    Xbox plays disc automatically

    Enable the option, clear HDD cache, turn your console off, turn it back on, disable option, clear HDD cache, turn the console off, turn it back on.

    If that doesn't work, try it without the HDD.

    Hey KUJaYhAwk1028,

    The Xbox boots the game up automatically by default. You can change this setting by going to the Dashboard and by going to

    Settings> System> Console Settings> Startup and Shutdown> Startup.

    From there you can choose either
    Disc, Xbox Dashboard or Windows Media Center.

    Choose Xbox Dashboard to prevent the Xbox from booting the game up when you turn your Xbox on.

    If it is auto-playing even when the disc was already inside, I can only assume you are booting the xbox cold and the game starts immediately.

    In the console settings you can also switch the boot sequence so it will go to the home screen instead of boot the game when powered up.'

    Settings -> Console Settings -> "Boot priority" I believe. You can message me on the service if you need anything more.

    Go to you settings panel and look for the automatic disc playing option and disable it and problem
