Xbox Personalization tab not in settings menu

The personalization tab isnt in my settings menu I have tried factory restarting It is something to do with the account because all my other accounts have the tab but my main still hasn't got it I cant change my background set xbox home or anything The
tab just dosnt exist

Are you on the insider program at all?. Some os have issues on the insider program have had this home problem, and are being tested out for more customized home page.

Hi Sam,

I understand you are experiencing an issue with finding the Personalization tab for your Xbox One. A recent update has changed how the Settings page's layout. You can find Personalization under the General Tab, which would be the first tab under settings.

Sorry you are having trouble so according to here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/change-xbox-one-background you go
Settings>General>Personalization. I hope this helps.
