    Xbox perk not working


    So, one day i was scrolling through the store for free stuff and then I saw the Avatar X Smite crossover. I waited for a while and i saw the crossover was a Game Pass Perk. I redeemed it and downloaded the game. I waited for about an hour or two, and i went
    in the game,and to my surprise, i didn't get it. I tried redeeming again, but it just said"This code was already redeemed" so now i cant get it. Anyone have answers, its quite peculiar somehow because no matter how much I look it up there is no answer.

    Also i cant send a support message because it's not in any category
