Xbox PC Game Pass infinitely signing in splash screen

I've been dealing with this issue for a week now with no solution. Almost every game loads the splash screen and is stuck on signing in infinitely.

I've tried every single solution I can find and none have worked, things I have tried.

* I've restarted gaming services

* I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled

* I've tried moving to different drives

* I've gone into 'services' and terminated and restarted the suggested items.

* I've repaired and restarted from 'apps and features'

* I've tried running the game and then stopping gaming services then signing in and any permutation of this.

* My networking is open

* I've use alternate accounts, still doesn't solve the issue.

* I've done the whole powershell nonsense of removing and reinstalling

* I've logged in on other computers and tried to get it working

* I've updated windows

* I've tried with firewall off.

* I've basically done every single thing you could possibly do that everyone and anyone has suggested.

I DO NOT want to hear that reinstalling windows or making a new account is the solution, that is not a fricking solution. I've paid for a product it should damn well work.
