Xbox - pc confusion

It should work, since the DLC is tied to your account, playing the game via XCloud will allow you to use the add-ons you own.

Try checking them on the Microsoft Store on your PC.

From My games & apps > See all > Full library, highlight (but don’t select) the base game.

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage Game and add-ons.

Select See in Microsoft Store and check that the item you’re looking for is part of the game that you bought.

Please, repair the XBOX app installation:

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Repair

Unfortunately it didn't. I saw when I went to load the game up on my pc it says "1 of 5 editions" so I'm not really sure if its a game, cloud or service problem. :/

sorry for the confusion, it's on PC, not on xbox

1. play anywhere means if you bye on pc xbox app your get on console and vice versa, be warned there is not many games at all that are part of this program.

2. cloud usually uses your account and any cloud saves you have so you can carry on where you left off. as cloud gaming on the xbox network uses xbox consoles (kind off) in the datacenters then the saves will only work if the game is on console and is not cross save.

3. cloud saves will work for xbox console and xbox app games if it states cloud save enabled, some microsoft games like halo and sea of thieves that are also on steam have cross save too (not all games), most games on other platforms like origin, epic will not be cross save compat with xbox network.
