Xbox pc cloud games wont launch

My screen goes black like when it launches a game then just goes back to the xbox cloud library, it was working yesterday

For us to isolate the issue if it's the app, the server, or your account itself kindly try using the cloud gaming feature by signing in to https://xbox.com/play.

Let me know if it will work.

Also, on your PC make sure that your location is correct where you're physically located and where the Game pass is available.

Let's try another method.

Please, install the Xbox PC app and launch the cloud games from there:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Select the Cloud Gaming tab and launch a game.
