    At first I couldn't load into any of the games I downloaded from Xbox app like Minecraft dungeons then when I tried to load the app it showed the white Xbox logo and then went black, I tried to repair and reset the app and it didn't work, then I tired to install it and it didn't uninstall. After all that I had to update my pc so I assumed that was the problem so I did than and then the Xbox app was uninstalled. Now when I try to reinstall it, it doesn't work and gets stuck on "acquiring license" when I try to install it. Can someone please help?

    Anyone use Xbox app on PC?

    All my chat history is gone except from the last few days of chat.

    Everything is ok on Xbox app Beta, Phone app and Console.
    So how come my chat history is missing on Xbox-app on PC, but everything ok on Xbox-app Beta on PC, Phone-app, Console and Xbox Game Bar? Only Xbox-app is missing chat history. Happened after last update.

    I can use Xbox-app Beta until the issue has been solved, but prefer the usual Xbox-app on PC.

    Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

    Why can't I add a custom PFP on Xbox?

    Are you trying to use the Xbox app on a PC or mobile? The PC app doesn't have that feature.
