    Xbox PC App won't recognize Game Pass subscription.


    I can't get the Xbox PC app to recognize that I have a Game Pass subscription. It asks me to buy a new subscription even though the order history page shows i already have it. I already signed in and
    out but it doesn't work.

    If I do try to buy it again I get a dialog telling me to "Confirm your Microsoft Store account". When I go to the Microsoft App and do this, I get another error dialog in the Xbox app: "We weren't able to set the Microsoft Store account".

    I also tried just creating a new @hotmail.com account entirely and trying to buy the Game Pass again, but it still gives me the same issue.

    Yes I'm sure that I do. It says very clearly on the offer page: "Unlimited access to over 100 high-quality PC games"

    Support hasn't been any help here. I've just been told to reinstall the app, which I've tried to no avail.

    I realize this is a beta so issues are to be expected, but the experience is totally broken for me (and probably others) and so far I can't get any help at all. Even the page for reporting and issue and asking for a refund are broken too... It would be great
    if someone could escalate this to the development team; it seems like a bug.

    Do you have the right subscription plan? Because you can usa Game Pass PC or Game Pass Ultimate on a Windows 10 PC, but if you have only the Xbox Game Pass subscription, this plan is valid only for Xbox console.

    The whole thing is too broken to just be in "BETA" [Mod Removed]. When it literally doesnt let you access anything you're paying for, its kinda
    [Mod Removed]. 1 corrupted file and now none of my game pass games work.

    did this work on gamepass games or purchased? some I noticed had the" play anywhere " feature , I was able to download.
