    I have 3 subscriptions for myself and my 2 kids. However recently I installed some games for the kids and they wont launch I've tried on 4 different computers and 3 different accounts all give me this error.

    "This app can't open

    Check the Windows Store for more info about /name of game/"

    I've tried the various fixes (reinstalling games/xbox app/resetting accounts/DNS flush/Drivers) to the point I don't feel comfortable 'fixing' anything more as none seem to work I feel its a problem on Xbox's end but without a proper error code its very hard to know what the problem is. The last game that installed and launch successfully was about 2/3weeks ago.

    I know its not a problem with the games themselves anything installed more than a few weeks ago work fine and for example Among Us (installed months ago) works fine for Child A, but not for my self or Child B (Installed 1 week ago), exactly the reverse with TABS.

    The kids and myself are logged in with our own accounts on both the store and xbox app on our own PC's

    So everyone has their own account/PC

    Hi Smtk82! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    You mean that the games don't open for any of the accounts or you can play only with the account that I stalled the games?

    To play games with different accounts in the same PC you need to change the account on the Xbox app but remain the same account on the Microsoft store app as that's the account with the license to the game

    If you are using different login session for each kid, similar thing needs to be set, the account with the subscription/game license must log in the Microsoft store in each session and the kids account on the Xbox app, you will need to install the game for each session also, select the same installation path so it reads the information and not use more storage
