xbox pc app only shows cloud gaming, no other choices.

I have this issue running windows 11 on an ARM based device.

Thats because arm cpus don't have enough power to run the games

Most you could run is Spartan ops RTS game

You need the surface PRO which uses a real Intel cpu

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please try the following steps to see if this would work?

Step 1:

1. Manually restore store settings:

a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

3. Wait for the process to finish.

Step 2:

There are two directories in

C:\Users\"Your Profile Name here"\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

Accounts and Cache. Each folder has one file in it. Delete them both

Step 3:

Click Start and click Settings.

Select System.

Select Storage.

Select This PC.

Click Temporary files.

Choose Temporary files.

Click Remove files.

Step 4:

Let's troubleshoot this by repairing/resetting your Microsoft Store, Xbox App, and Gaming Services on your PC.

Please click Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > look for the apps Microsoft Store, Xbox App, and Gaming Services. Click on the 3 dots > Advance Options > Click Repair then Click on Reset.

Step 5:

Launch Windows PowerShell as an administrator.

Then type this code in PowerShell window:

“Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* | remove-appxpackage -allusers” then press enter

This process will take a few minutes, wait for a while. (or seconds)

Now in the same window type this command: “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” and press enter key. (if it opens the store, install the gaming services)

Step 6:

In the Windows Search Bar, type Credential Manager

Click Open

Select Windows Credentials

Search for "Xbl_ticket" and "XblGrts|"

Click on each ticket to expand the menu

Select Remove

Note: There might be lots of "Xbl_ticket" and "XblGrts|" showing up in there. Please make sure to remove them all.

Restart your PC afterward then launch Xbox App and see if the issue persist.
