Xbox PC app not working, at all.

    Xbox PC app not working, at all.


    Xbox pc app not working, I can't sign in, can't install games, fully broken. Tried everything microsoft said to do, reinstalling, updating etc etc... at this point if it doesn't work I want a refund because I paid 15 dollars for it but can't play anything.

    Some info:

    Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, deleted "Gaming services" multiple times, set all XBOX properties to "automatic" in services, windows 10 is fully updated, the xbox app is updated (no update avaiable in microsoft store app)

    Any insight is welcome, thanks.

    interestingly, this command resets the Microsoft Store app. Anyway, good to hear that. If the answers were helpful, please rate :D

    After trying that I kept looking for stuff online and got a fix.

    I just typed WSRESET on my CMD and restarted my PC, and it works now.

    Open Windows Update and check for updates and update everything including optional updates.

    Then remove the Xbox app again and reinstall the gaming service

    Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

    “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

    Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

    “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

    The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Install the Xbox app again and check if you can use the app normally

    I had already read this online and tried doing it once, and it didn't fix it. Tried doing it again, same result. Still can't click Sign-In or install any games.
