    XBOX PC App lacks remote play button (2204.1001.3.0)


    My button to connect to my XBOX Series X is not available anymore. I just started the XBox pc app and it was always at the top. Last time it was between my profile picture and the notification icon, but it is not there anymore.

    SeriesX is running nicely but no option to connect. Any idea's? Or is a service down I don't know about.

    Why is there an xbox companion app and an xbox app for PC? Just put all the features in one app.

    Two different things one companion app is a front end to your xbox for remote play

    Xbox app is storefront for pc and remote play and cloud play

    My Harmony remote partially stopped working within certain apps, like Netflix and Amazon. I say partially, because I think it is just the lack of directional buttons. The colored buttons, FF and REW all seem to work. But I use the remote to move around
    the apps to pick a show or movie to watch.

    It's not just a lack of support for the Xbox One Media Remote. I have a Logitech Harmony Remote that works with the Xbox One and it also doesn't work with the YouTube App. The only device that seems to work with the YouTube app is the controller. It's a
