XBox PC App - Bug - Duplicates in game library

When did this issue start to occur? Since you've already tried to reset the Microsoft Store and Xbox app, let's try to reinstall instead your gaming services app to refresh it.

Right-click the Windows Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page, and then select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart PC and check if the issue is gone.

if you purchased a game from microsoft on pc then it will be in the microsoft store library or the xbox app library. what game.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, from the picture seems to be that the only game installed that has a duplicate it's Forza 7, the other forza Games duplicated are not installed and this it's like i mentioned due to different version available for installation, if you have uninstalled the game and installed again sometimes could happen this, in this cases you need to uninstall the game and reset the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app

Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows 10.

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Unfortunately these appear to be for the same edition. I do not own or have installed two editions under the same game such as Forza. Forza 5 is a "standard" pre-order from the other day, and it's duplicated itself as well,

This is not for a console, just a PC.

This could happen when there's available different game editions to install, if that's not your case

First thing to try would be a Power cycle

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

After that press the Xbox button and position on all my games but instead of a press the menu button and select refresh
