I used to have this problem in the past, sometimes my email password link would take up to 30 minutes to receive and other when I switched it to text message, it would be much faster

a password cannot be easy like helloworld12 and would be broken in mins not hours MINS



common phrases should never ever be used in a password

a passwoord should be like Stn5DaW1976

mixture of caps and numbers and symbols is always a good password

Fraid not...officially MS does not believe your account can be hacked anyway. Basically, MS says the only way your account can be hacked is simply that you gave out your email and password as mentioned by WPAK. And I would have to just about agree: the
chances of any one person simply guessing both your passwoord and email is astronomical. So MS believes that accounts are only hacked when the owner gave out his email and password...whether intentionall or not.
