    You can definitely request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    Of you can manually submit a refund request by following the steps below:

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number for the second transaction and then fill out the refund webform: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...
