Xbox Pass Games are not Running in my PC and i paying for Xbox ultimate

Check you subscription to make sure that you are subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate.

You can only access PC games via game pass if you pay for a sperate subscription to PC game pass or you have Xbox game pass Ultimate.

A game pass for you Xbox is exclusive to your Xbox.

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, try launching the game again using the Xbox app and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Solution 3: Please make sure the Windows version of your device is up to date by going to Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates. The latest version should be 2H22.

Hi I'm an Xbox ambassador, not employed by Xbox or Microsoft.

From my own personal experience I have learned that an ultimate subscription works differently on PC compared to Xbox. I'm not sure if you both are paying for ultimate but on PC only the account paying for the subscription gets to use the subscription. For example if I am paying for a ultimate subscription and have two accounts only the account paying for the subscription will be recognized as being a Game pass Ultimate Subscriber, the second account will just be seen as a regular user without a subscription.

If you are running both services, I would recommend that you upgrade to the ultimate pass as it will give you both the services, plus PC game pass for a lower price then you are currently paying.

Ultimate Game Pass include gold, game pass for Xbox, and game pass for PC. So once you upgrade, you will only be paying for 1 subscription. What you have on your account now would be converted to the Ultimate Game Pass.
