    Xbox pass for windows/games won't install


    I recently bought the xbox pass subscription for PC windows but I can't install games for some reason. I could the first few days but yesterday and today when I have tried, the games just say they are "queued" and don't ever install. They have been queued
    for two days now. I have restarted multiple times, let it sit overnight, and I have plenty of space on my hard drive for said games. I don't have any other ideas and haven't been able to find anything online....help? Please?

    Problem solved if anyone else has this issue!

    I just uninstalled the XBOX BETA APP and reinstalled. Everything I was reading was telling me to do this using powershell and doing it with the xbox gaming service. It was the beta app that was causing the problem. After the uninstall, the installer can
    freeze and you just need to reboot and it should work.
    Have the exact same problems, but now I can't reinstall the app because it freeze every time. Reboot doesn't help, tried with a new image of the installer, doesn't help, just freezing every time.

    Also I can't download via Microsoft Store, the store crashes when I try to install a game-pass game. Srsly Microsoft.. what the fu** ?

    I am using the app, and no my connection is not metered. I just downloaded a game from steam to troubleshoot and verify that it was specifically related to xbox/microsoft and it appears that it is. Steam game downloaded just fine.

    Are you trying to install via Microsoft Store or the Xbox app?

    Have you checked your connection hasn't set itself to 'metered'. Had that a couple of times.
