    Xbox Party to Speaker Setting Doesn’t Work


    Hello, I’m trying to stream my party audio to capture card. I read that setting the party audio to headphone and speakers will resolve this but my xbox still does not output party audio. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

    If you connect the HDMI cable to the TV directly you hear the party audio on the Tv?

    You wanna stream the Xbox party audio or in game party audio?

    Companion App and Party Chat Audio - Mixer/Streamlabs OBS

    The setting you'll be looking for is on the Xbox, and it needs to be set to have the Party Audio either: "Speakers Only" or "Speakers and Headset". That will put the audio in a channel that is being picked up by the display channel, and will be picked up
    by OBS. Assuming you have audio channel on your PC for OBS, as party chat on the Xbox doesn't output your voice on your set.

    Let me know if you need some clarification or if this doesn't work for you.

    Xbox Party chat not working

    In the Xbox App, I would check Settings/Party Speaker and Party Microphone. Maybe hard set them to your headset, instead of "Default Device".

    Make sure you have Party Chat output set to Headset & speakers.

    Go to Settings > Volume & audio output >
    Party chat output     > Set to Headset & speakers

    Hey Xbox Gamer,

    Yes, you are able to set both game and party audio to play through the headset and speakers at the same time by

    configuring your audio settings.     Simply go to Settings>Display and Sound>Volume>Party Chat Output>Head and Speakers. Let us know if this helps!
