Xbox Party Text Feature that none of my friends know how they got it

No no no, you've got it wrong...

It's a friend OVER xbox.

Not in real life, I dont know him personally, he's sending me these threats though parties, and text messages in Xbox.

I undertand the code of conduct and your procedure. So my question is if my case review stated I specifically used sexual slurs, but I did not send them via text, then how else can this be? I don't use voice chat, other than private parties with my friends.
So does Xbox listen in to our party chats? Because other than that I'm still pondering on how I got suspended

Unfortunately, there is no concrete timeline for when the voice chat feature will be released on Roblox. However, it has been reported that files for this kind of chat have been in the game since 2019, so it could just be a matter of time.

I have started a party without even knowing how when I first got my X1. My friends joined and started talking and I almost crapped myself. I still to this day have no idea how I started the party.
