Xbox party/system freeze, but game still runs.

Mine ran cool, but only because the fan would run full blast almost all the time. Try watching a movie with that racket in the background. No thanks. I could hear the fan trying to wind down then it would jack back up again. I don't have any experience in
how the fan speed is monitored, but whatever internal thermostat or switch was triggering the fan was defective. I was able to return it and exchange for another unit (Best Buy) and the new unit is smooth and quiet. The fan is running on this new unit, and
you can hear it, but only if you listen very closely.

My game crashes on certain maps. Freezes my xbox. Makes it run SUPER loud. Many bugs STILL not patched. No party system? This game is trash. EA refuses to refund my money because I bought it from gamestop. Gamestop will give me instore credit (after throwing
a huge fit) but made me aware that then THEY would be eating the game cost. I WILL NEVER BUY AN EA GAME AGAIN. IF YOU HAVN'T BOUGHT THIS P.O.S. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I'M SURE THIS GAME WILL RUIN MY XBOX AND MY SANITY.

Hello Daniel, when you say you have the latest version of Windows installed, you've installed optional system updates as well as the Xbox App, Xbox Services, and Xbox Companion, they're required to run the system in games.

When system freezing really isn't normal, usually when this happens it can be some error in memory or in the operating system kernel

And did you see if this freeze happens with some other game or application that tries to run on the system?

Is there games where it freezes right on the startup?

Whats really weird with mine after i've done more testing, is that while using a game that I know freezes, like Mortal Kombat, I can still hear and talk to people that are in my xbox live party. So it appears that my xbox is still functionable.

Some games run very well and others dont. Even on the new slim 360s. You want to see your brand new 360 freeze all the time, go play TDU2. Everyone I know with a new or old 360 have freezing issues with that game. Some games run very well and others
dont. Oh and freezing in the party chat does happen from time to time.
