Xbox party mic sounds robotic for members but not me

Buddy, are you able to use another headset to see how it goes?
You heard the other members as robots? Or its only you?

And may I know if you tried using another wifi network just to test?

In the meantime try power cycling your console:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Same problem for me. Default mic was working perfectly fine at the beginning of a raid on Destiny... About halfway through members of my party started complaining of horrible static sound emanating from my mic (although everything sounded normal to me.)
Tried unplugging mic and replugging, didn't fix it. Promptly after that I realized that my party members could not even hear me, but I could still hear them. Tried absolutely everything short of getting replacement mic... but as I see that may not even be
a solution. Guess I'm stuck using terrible Kinect mic.

I found the solution. It wasn't about setting the HZ as to highest possible, but to set your microphone to 1 channel.

My guess is Xbox Game Bar doesn't support 2 channel setups. Set it to for an example: 1 channel, 24-bit, 44100 Hz (Studio) That worked for me.

I've looked all over and most answers are absolutely useless.

If you plug your Xbox controller into the computer and run your mic through that it will work fine.

That's the only fix I have as of right now.

For me it says default format and the highest for me is 2 channel 16 bit 48000Hz but if it should say specifically sample rate then I don't think this is something you can do on windows 11. But it still doesn't work because its the highest I can go.
