Xbox party looking for groups

Hello there everyone my names jacob it’s a pleasure to meet you all so recently on twitter Xbox has stated that they have fixed looking groups however unfortunately now the party chat invites are not working from the posts I have done the following restarted my console 6 times checked x cloud to see if party’s worked on there on there custom rigs after clicking on posts still no invites can you guys please fix this because a lot of Xbox users are being impacted by this same issue related to Xbox not getting invites from looking from groups and after checking in Xbox app after being interested in getting party invites there on phone and pc

Hi LGWHEEL, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below accordingly:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

yes im able to join friends parties its only looking for group that isnt working

Usually, i would greet them when they join the party from a looking group that i put up. I am friendly and would make new friends through the group posts and they become a part of a small group I talk to. I would always say that "the one thing good about
group posts is that when the party gets smaller and there is only a few people in the party, usually those are the people you become friends with". Lol.

It could also be a good idea to try some other third party websites and apps for looking for groups/specific demographics. I've seen plenty of Facebook groups and I'm sure there are plenty of groups/servers on sites like Discord that could cater toward pairing
you with the people you're looking for.

Keep in mind the Forums is not the place to be looking for people and groups, it should be kept to healthy discussion and questions only!

Looking for group and clubs. We try to reserve our forums for people who are having issues or need questions answered. I find the groups and clubs easy to use and I can pick and choose who to play with, chat, form parties etc. Thank you guys have a great
