Xbox Party issue, no voice chat working for others

Trying to party with friends. First I can hear myself. My voice shows up on the overlay.

I can join parties and people can hear me. I cannot hear them.

Also, they have been in their own parties and cannot hear each other. 8 others and they cannot hear each other. And in a party by themselves as well their voice does not show up on the overlay. They can verify their headsets mic works. I did not get on until late but they said they had been having problems for a while.



I then tried to join my 7 year old son in a party. Was going to play some Minecraft for a bit with him. He can hear me but I cannot hear him. One of my older sons joined the party and they both can hear me but cannot hear each other. And apparently his voice is not showing up either.



I did a reset on my hardware both xbox and router. I know that some of the others did as well with no luck. Not just my parties as noted. They are just not able to speak to each other. With me in the party or not. Most of them had an update to their consoles on the 29th. I am on the insider ring and it updated last night as well. But they are not on the insider.



-They can hear me.

-I cannot hear any of them when in party

-They cannot see themselves on the chat overlay

-they cannot hear each other. Either in my party or in their own

-consoles and routers reset. Everyone says they show open NAT



This is a today issue for us. A few have gotten offline. Others are just playing solo games right now. Not sure if this is an issue or not but considering I updated last night I did not know if maybe it was causing some conflict. Though they are not insiders and are having issues even in their own party.
