Xbox party chat won't connect on my pc

the only way this would be possible is one of two solutions you connect your party through the Xbox app on your pc and talk through the pc on either Xbox party or discord voice chat. There is no way of doing it any other way, however. due to the party
chat being on a different channel on the Xbox to the audio of the game on the Xbox. Or you can stream through the Xbox to pick up the party chat this way but you won't be able to use Obs.

I'm having the same issue with party chats on pc not working bc the teredo is working even after trying to fix it with command prompt

Given it started happening as soon as you changed the Motherboard, my suspicion would be the Motherboard software is conflicting, especially if the old drivers weren't uninstalled.

As you didn't mention what you did with drivers etc, I'd be wanting to rule out Windows, drivers etc first. In your position, I would reinstall Windows and include a full primary drive format in that (obviously will wipe everything from it)

Will need a 16GB empty USB drive. Install Windows, run Windows Update, restart as necessary and keep running till it shows no more updates. At this point, download and install the Graphics Driver for your relevant GPU:

AMD

NVIDIA

If it's NVIDIA, choose custom install and deselect the Audio Component..it's not necessary and has been problematic in the past.

Don't install anything else, now try it. If it works, then something was likely conflicting; if it still doesn't work, then it points to account or network issues

If you are using in game chat, you won't be able to share the chat on the Xbox directly to the stream you will need to stream trough a Pc, but if you play trough a Pc you can use the Xbox game to chat with your wife and then she will be able to share the party on stream and you will have an option on the Xbox party chat to share your audio

this is NOT resolved, playing fifa last night with friends, i stream, so running party chat through the PC. i COULD NOT connect to party chat at all. yet, had no server issues with xbox or fifa.
