Xbox party chat keeps lagging

For weeks i have the issue that my xbox party chat keeps lagging. I tried everything. My netwerk is fine i use a cable. My NAT type is open. I cleared the MAC adress i even did a reset of my xbox. The problem is still here. I really dont know what i can do about this and it is very frustrating.

Just to confirm, are you using an stable OS version for your Xbox or are you part of the insider program?
If you're on a stable version please answer the next questions:

Did you tried using a completely different wifi network to see if the issue persists?
Did you tried using a different DNS for the current network?
go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work, use instead 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

And, how did you reset your Xbox? Did you do it via Settings > System > console info?

well, that was only my laptop's upload speed because my laptop was old. im not sure how you can find the xbox upload speed and its not only me that keeps lagging out of games and out of party chats and rejoining them, my neighbor is too and its been happening
for about a month or two now, yet we cant find a solution however, we did find that every time it rains, i can play xbox live perfectly fine, but my neighbor would keep lagging out. When the next rainstorm comes, i start lagging out of games and parties and
his connections is perfectly fine. any solutions or remedies?
