Xbox Party chat keeps disconnecting me

I have a new series x - I have been having issues with party chat over the last few days. I was staying at my parents house so put it down to their connection, but on getting back home to my own internet connection I’m having the same problem. The party doesn’t tell me I’ve disconnected - I just suddenly don’t hear anybody else.

I have hard reset, I have checked settings and NAT is open, I have reset the MAC address, I have tried joining other hosts and hosting myself, but nothing works.

Im having a similar issue. first of all are you a member of the preview programme as I was on the phone to a xbox support worker and they said it was a issue a few people are reporting regarding the preview programme
