    Xbox party chat icon stuck


    Hey, got an issue with my account being stuck on party, my friends can see im in party but I am not within one.

    I tried playing black ops 4 last night not got no party invites nor game invites (this is only an example)

    I get no notifications on invites at all, tho I still can join their games and groups but...

    I power cycled my xbox and did all the suggested resets but its not working

    so i dont know what to do

    Then sign back in and see if your able to use Xbox Live Gold features.

    where is the party icon?

    To my knowledge there are no party icons on the xbox website. For party icons or party chat you will need to get the xbox app for your mobile device to use party chat, or on your computer you can hold windows+g and it will open up an xbox UI where you can
    also use party chat.

    if this does not help you can you please elaborate on “party icon”?

    In a PvZ lobby, though, it may show the mic icons but it does not necessarily mean they are actually broadcasting any sound. I think it even showed the icon for me when I was in party chat rather than game chat.

    Try getting into party chat and testing it out.

    Are you sure about that?

    Open the xbox app on windows 10 by searching for "Xbox" in the start menu. Click on the cogwheel settings icon on the left. In the general tab, scroll down to party and check that the correct microphone and speakers you want to use are selected. In the top
    right corner, select the party icon to open the party bar, on the right side of the app. Select start a party, then select onvite and then Invite to party to add friends to the chat. Select party options to lock the party to invite only, mute the chat, or
    alter settings.
