    Xbox party chat and game audio stuttering


    I have an old Xbox one the OG. I’m having terrible game audio stuttering and now party chat is stuttering hard resets usually help for a few mins then it’s back to robot voices and choppy audio. Does anyone know what this is from and is anyone else experiencing this issue? Literally started happening the day the announced discord to Xbox… Oh the irony. HALP.

    After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

    I was reading on the Black Ops 3 Forums. And i found a topic on there from someone discribbing exactly the same problem im having that The Xbox Live Party Chat is causing the Skips/stutter in the game every 10 seconds. As soon as your out of Party Chat The
    skips/stutter is gone. I havent tested this on other multiplayer games yet but my connection is fine on console and in games. But the stutter remains while in Party chat. I dont know if this is caused by a bug in the dashboard update on August 19 or the Black
    Ops 3 game update on August 16 since i downloaded both updates on the same day. I really hope this can be fixed with a dashboard or game update. I hope Support can have a look at this game stutter/skipping issue that happens every 10 seconds while in Party
    Chat.

    To be able to record party chat audio you will need an Elgato or anything external capture card as that will capture any audio on your Xbox (Party, Game, All audio)

    The OFFICAL Wireless Xbox Headseat is CHAT ONLY. There is no way to get game audio out of the headset.

    hi,

    what sometimes can fix it is if you start an xbox party then go on to fortnite and then go on to your friends list then tap Y to go on to audio settings and turn voice channel on to game or party chat not xbox party chat then click on xbox party chat game
    chat again and it should be fixed

    sometimes on fortnte the audio gliches out and what you need to do is before you go on fortnite start an xbox party up then load in to fortnite then go to your friends list then click Y then scroll down to audio channel then go xbox party chat to game xbox
    party chat to game and that usually fixes it
