    Xbox Party Bug: Randomly Disconnects Me Even Though I Didn’t Leave


    Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but lately there’s been this super annoying bug where I’ll be in an Xbox party with friends, and all of a sudden I get disconnected — but I never leave the party myself. My friends say it just shows that I “left the party,” even though on my end I get no prompt or warning. I just suddenly can’t hear anyone.

    Sometimes I can rejoin instantly, other times it acts like the party doesn’t exist or throws an error. It’s been happening more frequently the past couple of weeks. My connection is solid and NAT type is open, so I don’t think it’s an internet issue on my end.

    Anyone else having this problem? Any tips or workarounds? Or is this just an Xbox Live bug that needs fixing?

    Xbox keeps kicking me out of parties and games every 10 to 15 minutes and doesn’t let me hear voice chat either.

    If youve only been doing this recently it might be that new update xbox had earlier. this week. me and my friends have been randomly disconnecting from party and signing off randomly as well

    It's been happening to me too, it started today. All this year its been working perfectly, until today. It randomly disconnects the Xbox Live, even though the profile is properly signed in and internet connection is active on the console.

    I am doing alright, thanks for helping me out. Unfortunately, didn’t work. I followed the steps three times. Still the controller keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. The only thing I figured out is to keep the controller connected to the USB cable all the time to the console. Not a fix but at least didn’t interrupt me every minute.
