Xbox parties messages and the Xbox store

Had this problem for about 4 weeks now and is starting to bug me I have tried hard resetting my internet and Xbox probably about 20 times and nothing gave it a bit of time to see if it would fix itself

But is yet too I want to be able to talk in parties normally through the console but instead I have to use Xbox app I cannot access the Xbox store so unable to install games or use some apps and I get a notification for being invited to a party but when I join it doesn’t work The same thing with messages as-well I also cannot look for group posts neither post them. Please could someone help me with this as it’s very irritating .

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***
